Hi everyone, I’m Cinnamon, Localjinni’s curator in residence.
Here I am at the ‘Big Hug for Big Splash ‘ rally, a great grass roots initiative to save our only aqua park. I am passionate about outdoor recreational spaces for all ages, public pools in particular. I’ve joined LJ because my other main love is art, especially the contemporary and the ephemeral. Fiona’s practice really speaks to me for those reasons and how she strives to create access to public collections through site specific storytelling. Fiona and I are currently developing two walks tilted Moonlight Meanders, further exploring walking art and urban play. I’d really love to hear more about your current projects or works and help keep building LJ’s collective. Please send in a pic and quick update for LJs socials, I’d love to hear from you info@localjinni.com.a
